(Project Bandaloop takes Fall for Dance a bit literally...)
Fall for Dance started Thursday night at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Ten dance companies for only $10 at each of two programs - awesome. It was a great night, with very varied and diverse dancing. And being a big ballet fan, my favorites ended up NOT being the ballet companies! I'll post a full review of the whole shebang a bit later.
In the meantime, enjoy this photo and video of the evening's closing act, Project Bandaloop, who repelled down OCPAC's giant side wall, then swung and bounced around in various formations in three different aerial dances. It was fun to watch in Cirque du Soleil kind of way... but more on that when I put up a full review.
